Towards the end of last year, Indigo had the great pleasure of working again with Norwich based design and brand agency, BuxtonThreeTwo. They were working with the exciting new start up business, Dough and Glory, who target the at-home cooking market and deliver easy home pizza kits to consumers.

Last month, Indigo Illusions worked with the London based agency Creative and Commercial to contribute towards their online ‘Together We Protect’ campaign, to help raise money for the Jewish charity Community Security Trust. We were thrilled to see that CST raised £4 million from the ‘Together We Protect’ campaign and had smashed all fundraising records!

After a successful outcome for last year’s Christmas campaign, the well loved Norfolk brand and department store Jarrold approached Indigo Illusions again to bring this year’s campaign to life.

“In some ways, business mirrors biology. As Darwin surmised, those who survive are not the strongest or the most intelligent, but the most adaptable to change.”I read that quote in a business article right at the beginning of the covid outbreak about workplace emotional intelligence during the pandemic and it’s really stuck with me through this time.

So it’s now been nearly a good 6 months since posting the last blog and I can safely say since then we have transcended from being zeros and have entered the land of somewhat significance! As well as perhaps now beginning to have something to contribute to the Norwich creative business world. Of course, we are still a baby business, but I am absolutely sure of one thing, which is that we have learned some of the most important lessons right from the start of our journey.

As we have now officially moved into our first office at the Ideas Factory I thought it would be a great opportunity to kick off the blog, documenting our experience with building Indigo Illusions for those who may be interested in our journey as young entrepreneurs!
